Return Policy

7-day returns (US)
US purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The watch must be unworn, in the condition you received it, with factory seals and protective stickers intact, and with the original box and papers included if they were part of the sale.
Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid, insured FedEx return label. Watches must ship fully insured, so we generate the label and send it to you. You pay nothing to return the watch. Contact support@rennwrist.com before you ship so we can issue the label and confirm the steps.
After we inspect the watch, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Service warranty
We offer a one-year service warranty on all items. This warranty covers mechanical issues and defects that arise from normal use where that applies to the item (for example, mechanical watches). If you experience any issues, contact us at support@rennwrist.com to discuss service options.
