Returns
Rennwrist does not accept returns. All sales are final. We take care to accurately represent condition, authenticity, and provenance for every item we offer.
Service Warranty
We offer a one-year service warranty on all items. This warranty covers mechanical issues and defects that arise from normal use. If you experience any issues, contact us at support@rennwrist.com to discuss service options.
Restocking Fee
In exceptional circumstances where a return may be considered, a 10% restocking fee applies. This fee does not apply if the item was damaged prior to delivery or if there was a material misrepresentation of condition or authenticity.
